HealthWare Systems was founded in 1998. Our initial product offering was a comprehensive workflow solution for a third-party collection firm and extended business office. This system automated the process of collecting from insurance carriers for non-payment of hospital claims. Interest from existing clients in the paperless patient folder component of this solution was the impetus for creating ActiveWARE.
