Deficiency Tracking |
| |
Using the ActiveWARE business rules engine, a facility can establish documentation requirements based on any criteria they choose (i.e. patient type, service type, diagnosis, etc.). Deficiencies are flagged and distributed to work queues for resolution prior to physician chart review and completion.

|
| |
Chart Review and Completion |
| |
Allows a physician to review the contents of the medical chart and electronically approve each document during review; exceptions are noted and a work queue is populated with follow-up tasks needed to approve the final record.
|
|
| |
Chart Tracking |
| |
Provides the ability to track a chart throughout the facility. Users can checkout or reserve a chart. Return reminders and alerts proactively notify users to return chart or that a chart is now available.
|
|
| |
Clinical Forms Automation |
| |
User interface for clinical staff that allows them to choose one or more patients and produce the desired form on the local printer. All forms include patient identification block and barcodes to streamline the chart capture and indexing function.
|
|
| |
Chart Scanning and Automated Indexing |
| |
The entire medical chart can be scanned as a group and automatically indexed and released to our electronic patient folder. Documents are identified by type and categorized according to each site's requirements. Using automatic form and barcode recognition, we identify all documents by type.
|
|
| |
Release of Information |
| |
Provides the ability to capture Consent to Release form and initiate work flow which identifies the specific documents being released. The set of documents can be printed or faxed directly from the interface. A complete record and audit trail is maintained for Use and Disclosure accounting. In addition, an invoice to the requesting party can be generated on the spot and a record of the transaction released for accounting. |
