This allows your facility to turn off the old system sooner and eliminate the dual-support and additional cost of maintaining two systems. HealthWare uses its Facilitator product to provide ongoing access to accounts. In fact, accounts that need to be reviewed for legal follow-up are available indefinitely via Facilitator (some sites go back 10+ years).
