The Solution
We deployed a standalone version of the Adverse Action monitoring engine from our credentialing solution and integrated it with their other key systems. The solution continuously monitored federal and state data sources to identify adverse actions, sanctions, or reputational risks before they become compliance or billing issues.
Our intelligent alerting engine proactively notifies stakeholders when a provider’s record changes — giving organizations the insight to act before damage occurs.
